Order Processing, Pick up, Delivery & Shipping

Once you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation almost immediately.  Please check your inbox to make sure you receive a confirmation from TheMandarin@gmail.com  If you cannot find the confirmation, please check your spam box (and un-spam us) or contact us so we can make sure your contact email is correct and we can connect with you regarding your order if needed. All orders are processed within 24 hours and we will contact you immediately if we have any questions regarding your order.

Typical shipping time with Canada Post is 5-16 days for Canadian destination.  All orders are shipped tracked and expedited unless you select otherwise and you will be able to track your order.

Pick up & Curb-side service

Once your order is ready to be picked up, we will send you an email with the details. Typically, your order will be available for pick up the next day.  We can also take your order to the loading area so you don’t have to worry about parking.  If you need to have your order bought out to you, please call ahead to arrange for a time.  Curb-side or loading dock pick up is available Monday to Friday 11 am to 5 pm.  Store pick up is available during store hours.  If you would like to pick up at a different time, just give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Delivery

We can deliver to street address (no apartments or mail boxes, street level address only) within the city of Winnipeg. Delivery charge is $15 per address.

Please note that our drivers will normally deliver between noon-3:30 pm on weekdays.  Please make sure someone is home to receive and sign for the delivery.  We will call ahead to confirm that someone will be at the address to answer the door.  Please understand that if you cannot be there at the arranged time, we still have to pay the driver for the delivery (once your order is picked up by the driver) and a second delivery attempt will incur additional delivery charges.

We can also deliver to some surrounding communities, please contact us and we can see what we can arrange for you.

Shipping

Currently, we are only shipping items that can be shipped safely and fit inside Canada Post mailers or boxes to Canadian destinations.  If you wish to have items shipped outside of Canada, please use the contact form to email us and we will find the rates for you.

These boxes are shipped both tracked and expedited via Canada Post.  Greeting cards can be shipped via regular letter mails that are non-tracking.  If you would like to have them tracked, please select available options at check out.

If your order contains ONLY greeting cards, they can be shipped more economically with regular Canada Post regular mail.

Shipping rates does not include brokerage and duty, if applicable, for international destinations.

We so our best to keep our rates updated as soon as we are notified by carriers.  However, please note that rates and delivery time may change without prior notices.
