Moon Palace Calligraphy Painting Japanese Rice Paper

The Japanese Moon Palace brand rice paper is finished slightly rough on the front and smooth on the back. It is made of cotton and rag content and in one continuous roll. It is used mostly for sumi calligraphy or brush painting. The Moon Palace is bleached white and is also great for other craft projects.

Made in Japan.

Rice Paper is a generic term for paper from the orient and none of the paper is made from rice plant.
